Ordering a Custom-built Home

Ordering your new home is quite easy. You first select your home site and then choose a home and a floor plan that you like. You'll also choose various design options, colors and materials. When your home goes into production, we will contact you to let you know the expected date of completion. Upon completion, your custom-built home is shipped to Beach Cove and assembled on site. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
