Homes come fully finished and equipped.

While you can make many optional changes and upgrades to your new home, our base home prices include a fully finished custom home so you can move right in. They are fully finished and equipped with quality brand name stoves and refrigerators. Some homeowners choose from a variety of optional enhancements including: dishwashers, disposals, ice makers, washers, dryers, and even flat screen televisions. You can choose our standard quality appliances or your own. We can help, but the choices are all yours.
