Beach
Cove Sebastian has several home sites available for you to choose for your
new home. Each sizeable lot is on high
land with excellent drainage for when it rains. All homes are
connected
to
county
water
and sewer
systems and we operate a separate well system for lawn
irrigation. The site map below shows both existing development and planned
growth at Beach Cove. There are currently 70 homes in our community and
the availability
of lots
changes as new homes are sold.
