Pool, Recreation & Community Living Facilities Recent improvements include a mail center and entry circle with shaded pavilion. We have also added a recreational area. In the next phase of development (currently undergoing county approvals) we will build a community center with a swimming pool, lounge area, volleyball and tennis courts. We also plan to add additional parking areas and an on-site storage area for boats.

At Beach Cove, we recently planted lush tropical foliage including hundreds of new palm trees, live oaks and tropical plants. We plan to add more foliage as our development continues. We're proud of our bright new look and the exceptional job our staff does in maintaining it. In Florida, continual watering is essential. We recently installed an automated lawn irrigation system throughout the community and laid all new grass. The lush grass is just beautiful. At Beach Cove, you can just relax. We regularly fertilize, cut and maintain the lawn and irrigation systems.

Home-Watch Service for Snow-Birds

Some of our residents only come in the wintertime or for vacations. For "away-from-home" residents, we can keep an eye on your home and regularly check inside.. just to ensure you that everything is fine.
